here's the utilization of involved franchises in this mega-crossover:

*Spongebob Squarepants: main crossover, primarily in the Ultimate Crossover movie and took place after the events in the Spongebob Squarepants Movie

*Real Life: mainly for it's (so-called) conspiracy theories and related subject matter as well it's mythologies and folklores (former at least occasionally deviates from accepted version of stories) and it's multiverse

*the Simpsons: canon until the Simpsons movie, uses elements from other Simpsons canons(notably the Simpsons game for the special powers of the Simpsons family)

*Command and Conquer: uses all 3 universes: Tiberian series(the universe itself implied to follows Westwood canon of Post-Tiberian sun continuity. as a series, it's was mainly used for it's AI named CABAL(stands for Computer-Assisted and Biologically-Augmented Lifeform) being Karen's Substitute for Plankton even when that CABAL aren't same one with his canon self(Plankton's CABAL may assimilated his Canon self) as well CABAL's arsenals that found on C&C Tiberian Incursion's concept arts, the Tiberian Universe are further explained as paradox that Allied forces created as Last-ditch resort to save the world from Psychic Dominator Disaster by making Renegade 2 Yuri Revenge's sequel instead of iOS Red Alert game), Red Alert series(just as original timeline of Red Alert 2 when Yuri become sole ruler of that world. this universe's earth got destroyed by Anunnaki space fleets), and Generals(canon until cliffhanger that leads to scrapped Generals 2, also uses elements from Project Camacho)

*Crysis: canon through Crysis 1 and Warhead, Crysis 2-3 and comics have their continuity ignored. Crynet system are just one of companies that being part of ACME Corporation

*Heroes TV Series: canon until the middle of volume 3(when Hiro Nakamura and Ando Masahashi got approached by Knox and Daphne, then Hiro refuses them instead of accepting their offers to become villain), then Alex Mercer(infused with Anunnaki's Hyperdimensional Nanotechnology) lands here and become grey goo that eats everyone in this Universe save for Hiro Nakamura(cuz of his escape into other universe with his powers) and Emile Danko(cuz he's dimension-dumped by one of his target where that target got consumed by Alex Mercer before he/she has any chance to dimension-dumps any of Danko's teammates)

*Marvel Comics: uses following universes: Marvel Cinematic Universe(take place somewhere following Infinity saga, this universe mainly used for ultimate source of Ironman Suits that Lex Luthor reverse-engineers(with their loadouts largely based on Hammer drones armaments) for ACME Corporation, and Infinity Stones(that used to Resurrect the Decimation victims, not the ones that Thanos uses to inflicts the Decimation) that Plankton uses for their godlike powers, considers Multiverse Saga non-canon), X-men Evolution aka Earth-11052(used as MCU's Mirror Universe not only it's animated nature, also for having Mutants for the only Superpowered beings that exists there. and this Marvel universe was destroyed by Heartless with Anunnaki's Nanotechnology, rendering it's inhabitants lands on Traverse Town, with Brotherhood of Evil Mutants become Traverse Town's criminal gangs while Xavier opens his new school in Traverse Town), unnamed Earth-616-type Marvel Universe(used as Deadpool's home universe), and Marvel vs Capcom(Metafictional video game)

*DC Comics: uses following universes: Animated Teen Titans universe(continued following "Things Change" episode where Cyborg got heavily damaged and then repaired in JLA Watchtower(as Jump City's branch of STAR Labs goes out of business) for months, the 4 remaining core Titans then sucked to Digital World when they waiting for Cyborg's repair. uses some elements from Teen Titans Go(Comic sets in Earth-Teen Titans universe to expanding it's universe, not to be confused with 2013-now cartoon)), Nolanverse(take place following events in The Dark Knight Rises where John Price from Call of Duty Modern Warfare universe lands here where his PTSD makes him kill Everyone else here in Nolan's Gotham. Gotham Knights got ignored, as any attempt to fit more (zanier) Sci-fi and Supernatural elements of Batman mythos(and to any extent, bigger DC Universe) to Nolanverse Batman are inevitably retconned), and unknown elseworlds universe(used as Zak'!Lex Luthor's home universe), not to mention Arkhamverse(pretending Suicide Squad kill the Justice League never happen, this universe is destroyed by Anunnaki's Nanotech Heartless instead, so it's inhabitants are landed in Traverse Town)

*Digimon: uses at least 3 universes: Adventure(undergoes Canon Divergence following the events in "Our War Game" that retcons much of 02 as well 01-02 Digidestined are got Superpowers in their Human Forms (that's utilizes Dark Ocean for the reason not unlike Warhammer magics uses the Warp or DC Speedsters uses Speed-force) as well Matrix Digivolution with their Digimon partners), Tamers(used as Hiro Nakamura's resting point where at some points Hiro single-handedly prevents ACME Corporation from buying it's world governments), and X-evolution(continued past X-evolution, used as Digimon Universe that Anunnaki destroys with their Nanotech-Heartless, rendering it's inhabitants makes up bulk of Traverse Town's Digimon population).

*Pokemon: uses at least 2 Universes: mainline Pokemon anime(follows different timeline beyond "Rivalry Revival" episode(when Tracey accompanies Ash and Company to Johto and Later Regions instead of becoming Professor Oak's assistant) before events in this project) and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon(used to represents Pokemon world without humanity, uses standalone canon)

*Kingdom Hearts: follows Fanon Discontinuity just before Dream-Drop-Distance, retconning KH3D and KH3 in order to downplay it's complicated plot

*The World Ends With You: canon where following the events in TWEWY(after Joshua and Sanae ascends), former Reaper Game's players resume normal lives as Normal humans(even when Neku retains his Psychic Powers, albeit inevitably nerfed), then ACME Corporation(back when it's under Illuminati instead of Lex Luthor) experimenting with Cancer Cures using Anunnaki Nanotechnology causes Noises to develops taste of Living Sapient Flesh and Blood in addition of emotions where they can turns hosts they infects into Wormhole to literal Hell where another Noises can invade from, ignores Neo-TWEWY

*Metal Slug: canon through Metal Slug 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 4, and maybe Advance, where even when both Metal Slug 5 and 3d didn't happens in this project, both Ptolemaic Army and Oguma Corporation are still around(and pledges their allegiance to Illuminati and Anunnaki respectively) as well includes cut contents like Glen Acchilles(for being Summon character)

*Doom: turning points somewhere after Doomguy stays in Hell(Classic Doom universe) alive after he destroys hell at least 3 times only to finds out it rebuilt itself everytime it got destroyed where after the turning point, Demons from Doom universe joins the ranks of the Anunnaki empire which prompts Doomguy to joins our heroes. no Doom 3 or Bethesda reboots of the Franchise, just Classic Doom

*Halo: uses Bungie studios canon mostly(with only some elements from 343 studios canon at most), also uses Red vs Blue canon

*Half-Life: take place following Half Life 2 episode 2 where the Combine got Absorbed by Anunnaki Empire following former's downfall by the Uprising. also, G-man got absorbed by Plankton in the final battle

*First Encounter Assault Recon: follows Monolith Timeline where when Keira Stokes straps Michael Becket to Telesthetic amplifier, Hiro Nakamura creates Paradox(which leads to events in this project) by stopping Genevieve Aristide from shutting down amplifier, allowing Michael Becket to joins protagonists of the Ultimate Crossover Movie, but the consequence is: Armacham Technology Corporation goes bankrupt and then bought by ACME Corporation in this new timeline(within Monolith timeline), F.E.A.R. team got split into 2 teams: one that supports ACME(must be exclusively Normals) and one that opposes ACME where's there's Civil War between them(that upon it's involvement, Michael Becket ends up joining 5-man band of FPS protagonists that fly-by through this universe. also uses more canon timeline of Monolith timeline(for 3rd Prototype that Plankton absorbs)

*Grand Theft Auto: uses all 3 universes: 2d universe(destroyed by Anunnaki's Nanotech Heartless so the gangs of GTA 1-2 did lands in traverse town) 3d Universe(turning point take place following "the Exchange" mission of GTA3), and HD Universe(with the GTA5 ending about Devin Weston dies are the canon ending here)

*Scooby Doo: uses elements from bunch of it's canons for the Universe

*Mario Bros: maybe AU, with Bowser and his people joins the Anunnaki empire as well with at least some elements from Paper Mario as well different mediums of Mario series

*My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Canon until Season 2 finale(though it includes some elements from later seasons too, while it's non-canon), it also involves some fan-made contents

*Chzo Mythos and other Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw works: continues past the Caretaker's last meeting with his Mortal self prior latter's transformation into caretaker. Used for Chzo itself being god that Plankton absorbs. also uses other (pre-Zero Punctuation) Ben Croshaw works

*Flame of Recca: uses manga canon where turning point take place in Alex Mercer's arrival interrupting Recca summoning Resshin to save Yanagi's soul from Tendo Jigoku. Hokage uses their Final burning designs

*Soar High! Isami: canon welds anime with some elements from Manga adaptation where Kurotengu people joins Illuminati/Anunnaki

*Team Fortress 2: uses AU elements, most notably TF2 Mercenaries are all composite between RED and BLU Teams, rendering them PUR Team

*Overwatch: also (probably) AU as well uses some elements from Overwatch 2

*Super Sentai/Power Rangers: RPM Universe explained as alternate timeline where MMPR(sans Billy Cranston who become adult again) forget to find Zeo Crystals.

*Ghostbusters: uses Animated canon where the Universe got destroyed by Anunnaki's nanotech Heartless 15 years after the events in Extreme Ghostbusters
