Specs: Vibranium endoskeleton with Necrodermis' Nanomachine cells(it combines Vibranium's indestructibility with Necrodermis regeneration) wrapped with Living Tissue(made using Splendid's DNA) just like T-800, C'Tan Shard of Mepeth'ran aka Deceiver for his CPU(located in miniature Tesseract vault inside his cranium), and Gellar Field Generator built into his endoskeleton(to provides basic protection against Magical forces)

Bio: Following CABAL's failure of assimilating Adam Jensen, it decided to makes a new generation of Cyborg to subjugate Spin-off Protagonists, it's endoskeleton made from Vibranium with Nanomachine Cells of Necrodermis(that can symbiotically interfaces with whatever living tissue that wraps the endoskeleton to imparting it's regenerative capability to the living tissue) where the reason CABAL choose one that grown from Splendid's DNA for it's living tissue is: it's Kryptonian-esque Superpowers, just before the endoskeleton are wrapped with Living tissue grown from Splendid's DNA, CABAL Installed miniature Tesseract Vault holding C'Tan shard of Deceiver to his Cranium, it also installs Gellar Field Generator to provides basic magical defenses as CABAL Learns that Kryptonian-like Superbeings are weak to magic(albeit not as much as Kryptonite or even as dumb as Green Lantern's weakness to yellow). after his creation, he's sent alongside RD-5000 and Metal Sonic to subdue Spin-off Protagonists only to have all 3 reprogrammed by Adam Jensen to fights in Jensen's side(though reprogramming Cyborg Splendid takes much more fights than Metal Sonic and RD-5000 combined), once he joins the ranks of Spin-off Protagonists he only uses his powers for the Good
6. Fun Fact: one of his favorite guise from his illusion powers(gained from C'tan Shard of the Deceiver) are Splendont form
