I wasn't planning on uploading this image here, but Lady Amberjo asked me to and I can't say no to a friend's request. ^^;;
One of my Gaia friends requested a couple picture of Priest Seto and Kisara from Yuugiou so here is the result. It was a much needed practice of intimate poses. Actually I found the kiss in the first volume of Angel Sanctuary, but everything else is my own doing. (Can't you tell?) There are some things that I am displeased with like the hands and certain proportions, but if I tried to fix them it would be one of those pictures which never got done. This has been a somewhat fun pairing to draw so I'll try to do more of them and practice makes perfect.
Yes, Kisara's hair is white, but I wanted to give it that blue tint I see in the anime too. I feel like I may have used too much though... but then again some of my favorite fanarts screw around with character's hair color at times.
cough Background... uh, yeah. Everyone who knows me should know by now that I am terrible with backgrounds and will try to get out of doing them if I can. I was going to do a little something for it, yet couldn't decide what would look best so for now I will go with the simplicity of nothing.
snuggles But it's preeeeeetty...I wanted to comment ^_^
Oi, I don't think the hands are bad...they're nicely folded, and the fingers curl around each other very well, I think...and look, you even put fingernails on! Yay! And hands are hard ;; I think you did them well...if I were to say anything about the hands, it wouldn't be about the clasped ones...the hand at Kisara's back, though, seems a touch...flat, maybe? But the clasped ones are nice ^^
I like the way you've done the gold on Set's outfit, but using one extra shade of gold, either a lighter one for highlights, or a slightly darker one for lowlights, might add a lot of depth...of course, it might also interfere with the Easter-candy pastels of yours that I'm so fond of...
I like the blue tint to Kisara's hair! Her hair is my favorite thing about this picture, I think...it looks so fluid in shiny...
As for backgrounds...have you heard of Eye Candy? It's a wonderful little plug-in that lets you generate and customize a wide range of textures...I use it for nearly all of my backgrounds. Makes for a really nice background, most of the time ^_^
