I Wish . . .
I Wish . . . by @fantasy_moon (Cassie)

I warn you that this is a very old sketch that I scanned to my computer around this time last year. Decided to do a little cleaning up of the original drawing in order to digitally ink and color it. I always thought it was cute! ^_^ I think it was also suppose to originally be a requested subject or something... oh well. Since there's been nothing else pressing to do lately, what better to do than color some old pieces?

I love Bakura-kun!

(Sorry it took me so long to comment. I've been sick lately .__.)

Aww, he looks so calm...the picture looks all springtime-ish to me, with the fluffy white clouds and the blue sky and the pastels and the butterly...

The color of his shirt sort of seems to be part of his skin...maybe having it stick up a bit would make it seem more...shirty? But I love how you've drawn his hair...it looks softer than the jagged clumps you see in the anime, and the texturing on it is nice (though a wee bit hard to see on this laptop ^_^; ).

I really like his calm, subdued expression...he almost looks a little sad, like he doesn't expect the calmness to last for long. The background is also pretty...it makes me miss nice weather. Winter is so gray here ;_;

That's all right. Your comments are loved no matter when they are posted! ^_^

Yeah, the shirt was a problem... didn't know what to do with it really once I got to coloring it in. I think the texturing of the hair is my problem too. I need to darken things. ^^;; A fluffball needs to have fluffy hair after all!

Bakura-kun's expression is the reason that I decided to color and post it in my gallery. Nice observation! hugs
