It's not a bad face. I personally don't like lined paper, but that's not something I will coplain too much about, I know sometimes you do draw good stuff on bad paper, it just happens. I really only have one relavant thing to say and that is her eyes are too big. Trust me, I know how hard it is to get human eyes to look right. And you may want it to look that way, you may be aiming at anime. But just in case you aren't, her eyes need to be at MOST half as big as they are. Then she would stand a good chance at being a pretty person as well as a pretty drawing.
