Ivar I hope you can take critisism's because I think you need a it.

Well after looking at it for a while I can finely see the resemblence to Mr Bean. I do think you need to work on your faces though. His left ear is much higher than his right one and they are too small. His chin is too big but I do think that you have caught his character very well, his starring eyes etc.
