Captain Jessy aiming her Gun
Captain Jessy aiming her Gun by @show_rosasea (Show Rosacea)

Yay!! I finally finished this picture!! This took me forever to finish, but I think all the time spent on it was well worth it. I spent 3 days alone sketching and inking this picture, and a day coloring it. I had to redraw it because I didn't like the first sketch I did. I'm so very very proud of this picture. And in case you don't know, this is my original pirate character Captain Jessy. The idea for the background came from my dad. He's helpful with these things sometimes. lol. And I made up the pose all by myself, which is why I'm so damn proud of this thing^^ And the hand, I'm very proud of the hand and Gun. They came out coolio looking. So, comments welcome, and enjoy folks!!^^

This image is totally sweet! You did an EXCELLENT job on the pose--it interacts with the background extremely well. The details on this image are simply extraordinairy. The braids in the rope, the knots in the wood, the details on her uniform--even the rips in her waist-scarf! I'm truly amazed. I really love her sword, too!

The coolest part is the perspective you have, with her gun pointing directly at the viewer. ::grins:: If she were gonna shoot me, I'd just have to smile because she'd look so darned cool doing it. EXCELLENT JOB!

This is your best image yet, in my personal opinion. Here's to more awesome images like this from you in 2004!

Wow. Cool. ^^

regains the power of speech The movement in the hair and fabric is fantastic. And the hair itself, of course, is wicked cool. The detail is incredible, with the rings, and the gun, and everything else mentioned by the person above me. The perspective is spot-on is envious and the whole pose is spectacular. Great expression, as always. I absolutely love this!

Oh, yes, and I forgot to mention the handle of the sword - very nice detail there, too. I love it.
