@JediPrincess Yeah, I also have a necklace that has her ashes inside too. I still hope my grandma is knitting stuff in heaven still.

This reminds me uncannily of a knitted ornament from my childhood. I don't recall if my grandmother did embroidery, but she did do petit point portraits (though I don't know if the ornament was an actual heirloom or a craft fair purchase).
