Ana Leistner
Biography
Oh boy, a biography. These things are always a killer. Well, I usually go by either Phantom Mint or Prismix, though I've used other nicks in the past. My real name is Ana, though (yes, just one "n", not two, as some folks tend to accidently put).
Um, I'm into anime/manga (right now, mostly Chobits, FLCL, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, RaXephon, Saiyuki, Brigadoon, Petshop of Horrors, Boogiepop Phantom, and various others I can't think of right now) and games (Xenogears and Xenosaga, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Valkyrie Profile, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Sillhouette Mirage, Stretch Panic, Okage: Shadow King, the Monster Rancher series, the Final Fantasy series -- especially FF4, 6, 9, and 10; and several others). I also read whenever I get the chance, and mostly enjoy books by Stephen King, the Wizard of Oz series, and whatever else catches my fancy. I enjoy movies as well (huzzah for Chicago!). I'm into music too, usually just whatever catches my interest and sounds good to me.
I'm currently jobless, yet searching, and mostly pass the time with above-mentioned interests, drawing (of course!), writing, RPing, and whatever else kills time. I've no idea what I plan to do with my life, though I've had various dreams, from voice acting to fashion design to cake decorating.
I first really got into drawing around the 6th grade, though it faded off a bit until 8th grade and has gone strong from there. I consider myself a pretty average artist, though I am trying to and willing to improve, despite I currently don't really have a plan to make this a career. The same goes for writing, which I'd do more often if not for the dreaded -dun-dun-duuuun- writer's block.
One thing is: I don't do drawing requests, commissions, or the like. While I might sometimes say I'd like to make money off of what drawing ability I have, I'm absolutely terrified and unsure of doing so, so please don't ask. I only draw anything for those I know VERY VERY well. So, please don't ask. Also, I very much do like constructive criticism, but I will NOT tolerate flames.
And... I guess that's it, for now!
