I decided it was time for an update of this picture.
A boxing kitty as drawn by myself in 1995, late 1998 (not '99 as the pic says), and 2001.
The one drawn today was drawn in Painter with my tablet. I know there are errors in it, and I did try to fix them, but unfortunately, the tablet is not as responsive in my hands as a pencil and paper are and I couldn't find my inking pen after a certain period of looking for it. So there we go.
Still, it shows a (IMHO) significant improvement even granting that it's not my best work. So I'll probably (try, anyway) to update this in about 6 months or so, rather than 2 years.

The other day, whilst brushing my teeth, the memory of an ollllllld pic of Jer and the Queen banged into my mind...I'm almost tempted to post it with a side-by-side comparison of my latest portraits of the two.
(Shiver) I hate my old art. I think it hides under the bed, waiting until the day when I let my guard down...then...REVENGE!
wow, your style and talent sure has developed over the years. I actually like the 2001 the best. the 2003 one seems a bit thin to be boxing. o.o.. boney knees.. lol.. sorry.. the coloring is great. i really like her hair also.
