I like the flow of this a lot. How everything sort of swoops up toward the top--it's very sensual which fits the overall mood well :) The tattoo works nicely with the composition as well. It sort of brings your eye back around after being led up and to the right by the rest of the lines.

You might want to throw in a line to show where the back of her little jacket deal is. Right now it looks like two strips of cloth covering her front.
