I love it. You can still see the Lugia in him, but that is most definately a dragon. Love the texturing, pose, and shading. His tattered wings suggest he's an old Lugia-dragon, which makes sense considering the presumed age of a legendary beast. About the only minor critique I can offer is that his far foot looks too planted on the ground for a pose like this. But that's a very minor, minor little thing. I love this.
