Beautiful pic and the fic sounds good. Aaagh, DIR looks like one of my fancharacter's sirs... AIR has no eyelashes though, and he's got yellow wings. O_o
Finding the Courage by @tarysand (Taryn Sanders)
I did this for Invader Kayla (who always leaves nice comments on my stuff by the way ^^) as a cover for her fanfic called 'Finding the Courage' (like you couldn't tell from the pic : P) The fic itself is just wonderful ^^ Let me try to explain the cover here: That little girl Irken is Kayla with her SIR, DIR. She and Zim fall in love before Operation Impending Doom I and they have to say goodbye when Zim leaves. After Zim ruins OIDI and is sent to Foodcourtia, Red, Kayla's older brother, tells Kayla that Zim is dead. She is devistated, but goes on with her life. A few years later, she's sent to Earth where she meets up with Zim again. She's happy to see him but (and Kayla, I hope you don't mind me putting the summary in here ^^;; but I wanted to explain the drawing) she's no longer in love with him, even though he's still in love with her. Zim, in his sadness, leaves and goes back to Foodcourtia and Kayla is left on Earth. She soon meets Dib who tells her some things that make her change her mind about how she feels for Zim and heads off into space to find him.
It really is a great story, one of the few romance fics I've actually enjoyed. Thanks to Kayla for giving me the OK to post this pic ^^

Taryn! I am running out of things to say, seriously!! This pic is awesome, and I had also read that fic before having seen the cover you drew. KAYLA: I loved that fic! Anyways, yeah. Taryn I love it! Alright so I love all your stuff. Anyway what amazes me is how you get your background and the characters to look just perfect. Oh well I will never know. But ounce again great picture. And I know what the stories about and thats why I'm not confused right now.

As always, lovely picture. :) I'd love to know the process you take in coloring those; I was never quite proficient in computer coloring. :p Takes me less time doing it by hand, actually, which I know must be a bad sign. shrug Sooooooo, where's this cool fic, hm?

Dear lord you make Zim and Dib look so amazingly cute!!! After I saw this pic, I got an idea for a fic called "The Goddess Slash Irken". It's about how this Irken goddess disguised as an invader is sent to help Zim, when a battle with another Irken takes place outside Dib's house and is sent flying through Dib's window, where she rolls over on the floor unconcious. Ehehe.....uh, don't ask.
