Wow all sorts of marker works today. This one is of Iczer-1. You never see fanart of her so I thought I should do some. It's actually pretty cool because not many people even know who she is. She is a character of the first OAV ever produced. Designed and written by Toshiro Hirano, the husband of the lady who makes the Vampire Princess Miyu series ;)

oh.. my.. gosh...!!! I absolutely love that anime! ooo you did her soo well! you're an awesome artist, though ^_~ Do you know how one would go about obtaining any of the iczer/iczelion movies? I have the iczelion movie you can find on store shelves today, and I've seen iczer 3 vol. 2.. but I can't find any other videos... if you know where.. pleeeeeease help! I love this anime! lol and great picture, too!
