Hachiko
Hachiko by @Lys (Lys Blakeslee)

Yes. So there's this statue of a dog in Tokyo, who is Hachiko ... and he's got this cool legend-story which I don't feel like telling you, so go find out elsewhere ... ^ˆ^;; I decided to paint him, for a project I did in my art class--create 5 pieces with a theme; my theme was Japan. Tried to go realistic once again ... acrylic on canvas ... scanner put a line through it kicks scanner ... yup. I'm pretty proud of it. Considering I was up till 3 in the morning finishing it, I should be!

Hachiko was a dog who had a great owner. I thinks his owner was blind. Suddenly Hachiko's owner died and visited the same station he took his owner to un til the dog died him self. Sweet pic. I like the coloring job. ^-^
