The Battle Against the WHAT? by @2001_Dibs (Emerald Scythe)

Yes, that's me in there. This refers to an inside joke between some of my friends and myself from a year ago. It arose from our realization that, at an art high school, we have the freedom to NOT suppress our insanity.

I recently (as in, about three days before drawing this) updated my Jhonen-esque style of drawing me to look...you know, ACTUALLY Jhonen-esque. So, instead of just drawing myself just standing there, I decided to draw myself kicking (it helps to be in a Taekwondo class, so I regularly am thinking about how a kick should look). Then, I thought about the inside joke about the battle against the air, and I came up with this. Inked it today.

I like Dib's freaked out little pose there. IZ-me is freaking him out. Eh, his mouth came out a little weird after inking, but whatever.
