Gone walkin' - back soon
Gone walkin' - back soon by @zenphoenixa (Annabel Lee)

Alrighty, coloured version up..... I'm relieved that I've finally gotten this pic out, I kept working on it on and off until I started getting a bit tired of it, and there's still some bits that I'm not too happy with but eh, what can you do.... In the end, I decided to have a go and enter this in that mini contest I was talking about even though it's sorta not relevant... :p so I had to give it a name and, well, the title was the best thing I could come up with to try and make the pic relevant to snow days, sorta! (People can take their tigers out for walks in blizzards, can't they??) ^_^;;; In this pic, I also decided to drag my long abandoned tablet out from under the dust and I drew a few lines here and there.... one day I'll have a stab at computer colouring, promise! Anyway, this is what I finished up with, and now I can start on pics I owe people.... =P Artwork © Copyright 2003 Annabel Lee

Hee hee, thankyou for your comment! ^_^ Well, one day I would like to learn how to computer colour just to see how it turns out, but for now I guess I can just stick with pencils and be happy. ;) Thankyou for the encouragement! :D

One thing I could always see in Zen's pictures is the great... really good details on the area around the charactors, and not just them themselves. Like in this one the starburst light effect in the center that makes the rays of light, and the shadows. Also the snow effect is really great too. Zen has always had a thing for drawing the animals too, so that ... ... yeah it looks good. All good... ... ... ;p
