Bio: Callius cousin, Creed has grown up alongside him as if they were brothers though his short stature has gained some teasing. Like his cousin, Creed showed a knack for combat at a young age and was enrolled in the military schools. There, he fine tuned his skills and rose in the ranks of the Anima branch to eventually lead it. In time, he and his Dragonoid became both feared and respected.
Now he leads the Elite Anima Forces and ensures they are all at their best for Callius. He's also been sent out on regular missions. Rhith was trained by Creed too.
He needs more work but...this is the gist.

@fragmented_imagination: O.o I certainly wouldn't recommend punching him unless you want to be hurting bad. Though if the hair is the primary reason for that thought for you, curious what style you might give him?
As for smug, he can be. He is royalty after all and one of the best in the entire Vevesi Army. His aggression certainly shows in the military too. As one of the most versatile and relentless soldiers, he's one most don't want to face.
@Chaos-Mirror: Sorry, that was weird. Ever since Magiranger and watching Hikaru flip his hair every time he turned to the camera and smiled, I've had one of two reactions to characters with a prominent lock of hair over one eyebrow: either punch them or shave his head. As far as I'm concerned, the hairstyle makes him; I don't think I could suggest anything different.
Very nice, love the details in the fur and the uniform. As for the character, he comes across as one of those smug types that you know you would bust in the face if that uniform comes off. I think it's the hair; it's like that sweep that stands out from his forehead is a flag that says, "Punch me". His bio gives him a bit of an aggressive feel but an interesting fellow otherwise.
