It's the cool-ozz artist, Luna. I've been a fan of her art for a while now..hm..about....3 years I believe. I've drawn her some pictures before..and some of my old stuff got put up in her rendition section of her site. I hadn't drawn her character for a while, so I decided to go ahead and draw her. I like how this pic turned out, although the tornado of smoke around her waist was supposed to be purple instead of pink. I realized that too late. shrug Oh well.
