This is a really nice picture. You've done a great job with her anatomy in her torso especially, but her hand, the one that is waving, is a little awkward. I think this is because the wrist is a little too thin, and the hand's positioning itself is strange. For waving, the fingers should probably be spread a little more. Also, on her face, her chin seems to extend a little too far to our right. The hair is very nicely drawn, I like the way you have it waving in the wind. That gives a lot of depth to this image!

I am really impressed that you drew this in pen. The colors are very vibrant, with great contrast--and I really like the three color scheme. It's very cool! I do think her eyes need some color, even if it is the same red as the rest of the color scheme.

The clothing design is amazing--I really love her beltish thing. You did an excellent job making it look like it's really tied, rather than just floating there. However, I still have to say my favorite part is her hips. You did such a great job on that!
