I left her skin bare because that was really the effect i was going for...I was aiming for the focus of the image to be on the coloring. Whether I pulled it of or not is now up to the viewers:-)
As for her hair, i plead guilty. I got reaaallly lazy :P

Good job! I like the delicate eyebrows, they look very real. As does the shiny metallic eyeshadow. How on earth did you get that effect? The colourful earings and shawl as well as the red of her lips really adds life the the picture.
Her skin could really use some values, though. At the moment it looks like just a flat plane. Unless this is the effect you were going for, add a skin tone, some shadows, and highlights. It will really make the picture pop more. Also, the braided plaits in her hair need more defenition, they look too much like pieces of rolled out playdough right now.
I love the frizzy hair, you did really well expressing that. Keep up the nice work.
