She is really beautiful. I absolutely love her outfit, it looks so cool, and the design is very refreshing--it's sexy without being provocative, and looks very comfortable. You did a great job on the highlights in her hair and on the outfit, and it's not so bad shading on the skin, either, although I think your scanner washed out some of the color, like scanners always do.
You have two really great poses here--the one where she is reclining and looking off like she's dreaming is really gorgeous, and the top corner really shows off her outfit. I would work more on profiles, though--right now, it's a little long and a little flat. The best thing for profiles is to try to turn the face you have in your head to keep the proportions right--like the spacing between the nose and eyes--and don't be afraid to use references until you're completely comfortable with how you're drawing.
I think your noses are great from the front angles, though. Very pretty.
