Nei-Third - Design Dec/02 by @catguypaladin (Bryan Costello)

She's too cute, I just wanted a Nei for my own to huggle.^^ So I made her unofficial third form. I drew a few of her, this is her improved battle gear I designed. Since fighting in just a leotard really doesn't help too much. and I know the added armor I gave her wasn't all that. Also I designed her claws to be a bit bigger an more stable. They lose maneuverability (gahhh my spelling sucks) but I think th eadded durability an power would make up for that.

I'm assuming since I created her off of Nei-Second... that she belongs in the anime-fan art section. if not someone please tell me o.o;;;

In all actuality, though, I heard that there was a short story by the Phantasy Star creator that included Nei-Third meeting a young chaz... no other info since the story wasn't really spread around.
