Behind the Mask..
Behind the Mask.. by @StormyHotWolf88 (Carly Crawford)

I made this in school today and did the final touch ups just a few minutes ago. This is a sketchbook peice that I will be placing with the rest of my art projects (I have to hand in 55 sketchbooks on monday... I have 6 left to do... I don't think I'll make it... anyway... the words say: Hide behind a mask, don't show thy true face! I say this because sometimes it's good to not show the world who you really are. People can take advantage over you such as my ex bf Fox if they knew what buttons to push. This is an emotion where one feels to have to place a wall of protection over themselves. Although for this guy, there is a daemon behind him so he could possibly also protecting others from the beast within. I don't know.. How ever you precive this peice is your own idea.

Nice work and very good concept. I think the only improvement that could be made are the highlights in his hair. They don't blend into the hair colour smoothly. The cape is well drawn, I've never been good at doing fabric. I hope your art teacher likes it.
