What a darling face! I love the big, innocent purple eyes. I love purple eyes. I also like the fluidity of the pose - I'm terrible with poses, especially active ones.
As far as the hair goes, I'm not familiar with the program you use, But to me it looks like you did great with what you had. In mine, so far I've just been sticking with different shades of the same hue, but that's mostly because I haven't branched out yet I think.
As for the rest, I'm not sure how realistic you're trying to be here, but the arm she's leaning on seems disproportionately straight and thick to the other one. But honestly, I don't know.
It's a good pose, and nicely coloured. The upper body is done particularly well; that's a nice style you've got there.
The part of this pic that I see a problem with, is the position of the right foot - it seems to be too low, so that it makes her shin look exceptionally long. Also, it doesn't seem to be as big as the left foot. With the sole of the foot flat on the ground, I wouldn't expect it to be much further forward than the left knee... er... if I'm making sense :)
Overall, though, it doesn't spoil the pic, and I expect I probably only noticed it because I tend to have trouble with that type of thing too...
