Felony back when she was a teen at the orphanage. Was watching White Oliander when I drew this up lol though Felony wasn't sent to a bunch of crezzy foster homes. Here she's sitting outside a school building looking at a pendant she stole from her file in the orphanage's office. She was always curious about her past, but finding this didn't help much.
