Christmas Curiosity
Christmas Curiosity by @jeweledaniu (Jewels)

I just now got done with this quicky little ink sketch. I did't have much time to work on this, since I had to do Christmas chores, since today's Christmas Eve. :( I know this could have looked much better if I had spent more time on it. The near front leg looks like it is too thin and also mis-shapen, since the dog's black spots on his leg blend in with the fire, which I also shaded in black. (A bad mistake.) It is a curious little dog who wants to find out what that "thing" on the top of the tree is. The only thing I really like about this picture is the dog's expression. I didn't put much effort into to this at all, so if it doesn't look very good to you, it's for this reason. It probably only took me 15 minutes max to do this pic. I just had a cute idea for a Christmas pic, and I just couldn't let it leave me. XD

What I like best about this picture is the stuff on the mantle- the snowglobe-the clock about to strike midnight and the picture framed...but it is an odd picture-for example did the dog(or is that a skunk?) recently shake the snowglobe (cuz it looks like flurries), who put the hat on the dog(or is it a raccoon?) or does it always put it's own nightcap on?...if the owners of this house believe in santa(as the framed photo suggests)why is there a fullon fire going? oh and who shaved off all the needles on this side of the tree(that weird hat wearing dog/skunk/raccoonagain???) happy holidays- i do like this pic...but the dog(or skunk raccoon hybrid thing-whateverit is) really should climb out of the fireplace!

Wowie kazowie I am rolling on the floor laughing out load right now! Jeez! Your comment is full of hilariostity! Your right, I just now realized that the dog strongly resembles some kind of skunk- raccoon-ish hybrid type creature! Thank you for being so honest of what your opinion was. I like this quality in people. The dog also looks like he is in the fireplace, and as for the needles on the tree...well, as I said, I was really rushed. XD The owner was supposed to have put the cap on the dog, and the snowglobe was shaken by the owner. ROTFLMAO! Poor santa is probably going to be burned in the fire unless the owner (who is supposedly still awake) puts it out soon. I think I should probably just delete this craps picture! Any body agree?

I like this pic very much. Your style is very cool. The lines seem to be carelessly drawn, but I think that is the effect you want us to see. I like the dog and the snowglobe. Would you draw some more doggies for me? Well, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2004!!! Continue on like this and if you go to my address you´ll find a pic for you. Bye!! See you!!

Thanks! Glad you like it! I was afraid everyone would hate it. The lines do look very crummy. I am in the process of drawing more pictures. I suppose I can do some more dogs if you want! I really like your gift to me! That is an adorable horsie! I LOVE HORSIES! I will click save it. Thank you so much! I should do a doggie for you!
