The Stupidity of Sk8er Boi by @Agrios (Alix M)

I should state first off that I absolutely hate Sk8er Boi by Avril Lavigne. It’s the stupidest and most childish song I’ve ever heard. The lyrics sound like they’ve been written by a 6th grader and the whole concept of punks versus preps is just moronic. The spelling of the title alone makes me want to beat her over the head with her skateboard. It’s like how a 12-year-old types on the computer because they think it‘s cute (no offense to any 12-year-old, it‘s just something you do when you‘re that age; even I used to do it). And Avril’s supposed to be 18? I hate how the “hero” of the song is concluded to be a good catch just because he’s famous and on MTV. I especially hate the bragging part where Avril basically says “nya, nya” to the other girl. When I first heard the song I had turned on the radio right to that part and instantly hated the song whoever it was written by. Okay, so you may, “but it’s just a song!” Sure, fine, but I probably wouldn’t hate it so much if it wasn’t so overplayed. Whenever I turned on the radio it was playing and it has that catchy pop tune to it that I suffered for days with it stuck in my head. Anyway, I had a lot of fun drawing this and inserting my little comments. Hehehe. It’s scary, though, the way I drew Avril she sort of looks like Michael Jackson. shudders I should also mention some other things. I made "nose" singular on purpose because that’s the way it is in the song even though it should be “noses” ( I guess they all shared the same nose). I spelled “lyke” that way because when some people say it in that clueless way they sound like they’re pronouncing it with a ’y’. I also spelled “pxnkiness” like that to mock how some people will spell it. There’s absolutely no way to pronounce it. lol. By-the-by, if you wish to comment on how great I am for making this comic go right ahead, but if you just want to tell me how much of a moron I am because you're some Avril butt-kisser then please refrain from leaving it as a comment on this page. I like to defend myself and I don’t want there to be some long drawn-out battle going on on this page, plus Side-7 doesn’t like that.
