Wholesome family moments between literal demons calls to mind a stage play I'd heard of, Billy the Antichrist:

"Mom, Dad, I'm... the Antichrist."
"Honey, plenty of kids go through an Antichrist phase!"
"Have you tried not being the Antichrist?"

You can probably recognize the allegory. ;P
