Following my idea of an encounter mechanic of finding Pokemon in trashcans to fight, I would have that this Fakemon be a super rare one to find, and only after you have interacted with so many trashcans (100 of them) you’ll get to encounter this fakemon down an a alleyway. Also it would be Lv 40 and the unlike the other pokemon in the area being around lv 15-20 so good luck fighting it early.
