For simple pen work, this is pretty good. I like the wraith-like-ness of the character and your usage of hatchings to promote 3-dimensional depth, although the cross-hatchings under the eyes make it seem there is a sunkeness in the skull formation.

Oh, and last thing, avoid using lined paper to draw. It only trivialises your artistic skills.
