Love the style here. It's very expressive and eye-catching. The dragon is drawn nicely and the colors are very pleasing to the eyes. And I love the webbing on the wings. Very nicely done, those. The style fits the method very well and the background works, too. I wish that the image was a little smaller, because I'm running in 1024x768 res and I still can't see it all on one screen, but the picture itself is quite lovely. Nice work.

Oooh, I really like the faint pink of the wings, and how it just gets fainter the further down the skin it goes. Yah. And how you used three shades for the twisty tail :P Very nicely done!
