Despite the ridiculousness of it, it's actually well structured and put together. It's pikachu, through and through, but the Goku elements (hair and karate gi) fit in snuggly. When I first saw the thumbnail to this pic, I thought it was a cross between a Pikachu and a Sandslash, but once I saw the whole picture, I realized I'd found something alot funnier. The shading is ok, but the fire lighting effects are terrific! The smudgework around the flames seems natural enough, but around the subject itself it doesn't seem quite right. That is, of course, unless your intent was for the light to appear bright enough to partially obscure the character. Nice job!
