@SheevraSidhe0274: Hard to say. Comic Fury profile says he's at least been alive since 2019, but all his projects seem to have fallen off.

Fun fact: Sourcing the spoof banner for this comic turned up an ad for his first work, Intelligence Silliness ("Spies? Sappin' my sentry?"), which then led me to Z&S.
