'The Bitterpillar' or 'Dib gets emphysema'
'The Bitterpillar' or 'Dib gets emphysema' by @tarysand (Taryn Sanders)

As I was running, I felt the ground shake But ignored it and ran on. I stopped, exhausted, then heard a voice So I looked to the mushroom it came from.

"Who are YOU?" the raspy voice growled, "Ms.Bitters?!" I said, as she gave a frown. "Your name's Ms.Bitters?" "Just forget it.." I turned to leave, When she said "Come back here, and sit back down!"

After escaping Zim's house and shrinking to the size of a Chapstick tube, Dib discovers yet another scary resident of Wonderland, the Bitterpillar, and she certainly doesn't seem to care that he's gagging up a lung from all the smoke she's puffing out. I live with a housefull of smokers, so I know how the poor kid feels -_- And once more, my friend Em wrote this amazing poem (see snippets above) based off the fanfic which follows the story closely, and yet summarizes the whole thing into a neat little package, so people who haven't read it can at least get the gist of the fic. Here's that link again incase you missed it: Welcome to the Madness

Ya know, people don't recognise of difficult it is to colour drawings on the computer... I admire, I worship, I go insane with jealousy. =P Great work.

Heheh...poor little Dibby. I feel sorry for both Dib AND you, Taryn, since I hate smoke. But what I really love about this drawing is how you've made it (like all your other IZ art) look EXACTLY like a screenshot from a real episode...the expressions, the shading, the colors...they're all just so incredible. Congratulations on yet another masterpiece!
