Julie-Su wearing a pretty black dress. I did this pic for a website I've been working on forever. Anyways, when I first did the pic it didn't have the ray of lights thing on it. but when I was making the layout on Photoshop I decided to add it to the layout and started wishing I put it on the layout. I finally add it and then I add some sparkles to it. Now it looks cooler then the layout. -_-; I like this a lot better.
