One thing I'd suggest you do is go into your art editing program, grab an airbrush, pick the lightest color from her body skin, and go over the parts of her body beneath her neck, to minimize that texture they've got going on. The face is so perfect-smooth that the texturized body skin looks a little odd with it.
Alternatively, you could try to texturize the facial skin so it's not so smooth and matches her body, and give her some freckles! :D That'd be interesting to see.
