Flag of the United States of Vietnam by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)
If Apocalypse Now is Heart of Darkness in 'Nam, the USV is very much the black mirror of King Leopold's ghost. Quite possibly Omega124's most dystopic country in the history of IOT (even moreso than the Nazi enclave), it featured, ironically, in NinjaCow64's IdIOT. Representing a "lost legion" that had less gone native than amended its mission to turn the mountains into America 2.0, the army was the state, abducting local Vietnamese to indoctrinate into a militarized pastiche of American culture trapped in a psyche of perpetual war.
