I wouldn't necissarily call this a colored version of the lineart I posted earlier, but I think it's pretty kewl. I'm a Photoshop fiend, so I love playing with filters galore and especially lense flares. XP I also used the dodge tool some in here . . .

The background is an inverted form of some pictures I threw together, mainly a stormy red/orange sky and an ocean.

I dunno . . . but it really does look like he's going to a rave. XD Though I won't get it out of my mind that my Mom said it looks like an elf spliced with Gollum.
