I love this image. This reminds me of when I was in third grade, trying to do math homework on the floor--my cat actually took my pencil in her mouth, pulled it away, and started rolling around on my paper! It's a very cute memory, and I'm glad this picture reminded me of it.
I agree that the textures are very cool--they really make your style unique. The sparkles on the dress sleeves are so pretty, and i really like the design of her wristband. I think that some of the shadows, like on the textured floor? should be a little sharper--I don't feel they would fade out like that. Also, a little shading on the paper would not be amiss. I think the shading on the skin, however, is PERFECT. Very, very well done.
It's also great to see how their eyes are meeting--the cat's expression is just too cute! It almost looks like she's answering his question without using words. I really, really like this image, and I do hope to see more from you!
Nice work. I like the use of texture, it really makes it more effective. The anatomy is a little off in the neck and the arm farthest away is too small looking, but other than that there don't seem to be any noticable flaws. The concept is very realistic, my cats are always doing that. Congratz.
