Our latest assignment for Drawing class is an abstract self-portrait. Not sure if I'll keep all the background stuff... looks a bit cluttered... maybe just the cat. It's based off my kitty Felix, but I'm gonna call it "Delta" just because ^_^

The idea is supposed to be an altered perspective, or something like that. Hence the tilting of the glasses and weird body positition :P

Personally, I think you should keep the background because it gives the picture a lot more personality and more insight to you as a person. The tilting idea is great; it really seems to alter the perspective. Great sketch though!
