I'd call it a finished image, but I may do a BG someday, so, for now, it's a WIP. Anyway, here's Rouge (again) in a bizzare outfit I drew her in during English class (while listening to "A Streetcar Named Desire". I hate that play). My dear friend Tina suggested the colors. It's, all in all, a rather simple, unremarkable picture. But I likes it; thus, I share it with you.
