Payment must be made in blood to call a Nether Dragon into the world of the living. Once there, they are bound to that creature for eternity as guardians (aka bff's =P). The Nether Dragons take their real world form from the creature that summoned them.

This character is a sub species of Venkat. They live in forest areas and have slightly different traits like green organs, unique horns and thinner tails.
