Blanchefleur: French "white flower"

Capucine: French "nasturtium"

Fleur: French "flower"

Fleurette: French "little flower"

Flora: French or German, "flower"

Hyacinthe: French "hyacinth flower"

Jacinthe: French, same as above

Jessamond: French, "jasmine flower"

Laura: German/French/any number of European languages "laurel"

Liliane: French, "lily"

Rosalie: French or German, "rose"

Roselle: French, "rose"

Rosette: French, "little rose"

Viola: German, "violet"

Violette: French, "violet", either the color or the flower

Yasmina: French, "jasmine flower"

I'm afraid I couldn't find many German names referrring to flowers. It appears that any such names in German are ultimately derived from Latin and are already found (if maybe spelled differently) in French.

@N0-11: My usual resources yielded names mostly centered on strength or war. It was certainly beyond my expectations as well.
