The character is a doodle about 25mm tall. Using the power of my scanner i grew him into a more usefull size to work with. I then used a picture of a burnt out car i took some time ago and plonked it in the back ground.

I then messed around with some lighting and textures and wam! This is the result.

Im pretty happy with this one coz ive not made many mistakes. The feet arnt too good but its not very noticable. If u see any other other problems then please point them out, Id be greatful.

WoW. That's an amazing combination of a real picture background and drawing! =D

It's amazing how you can make such a small doodle into such a character! Very nice use of colours, and I like his expression =D

It reminds me of gorillaz eh, I'm guessing you're a fan too? XD

Admiration.

I LOVE GORILLAZ!! If anything could be better than their music it wld be their animations and illustrations.

Yeh the character took a fair bit of tweeking, but i got the cheeky look i wanted in the end.

Thank you very much for ur comment and may the next Gorillaz album be as brilliant as the last.
