Nicolette (Nic) as Sailor Mars
Nicolette (Nic) as Sailor Mars by @Weasel_Silver24 (Miss D. (Debra))

Hey, hey everyone! Check out this little piece of artwork, noticed anything different? Well, to keep one from guessing I`ll go ahead tell you all. I first drew this picture by hand, and then scanned it. Now, usually I take the original drawing and outline it by hand with "Micron" pens, and then finally color it with colored pencils.

This time is different, because I got a "graphics tablet' and did the outlining and coloring all on COMPUTER! Software I used was "Adobe Photoshop CS" and for the background I used "ArcSoft`s PhotoImpression 4.0". It was hard work, but worth it. I would love to hear some comments on this piece, and tips on improving on my art in the computer way. Emjoy! ^_^

Cute picture. The sailor fuku and design in general is very accurate - at least on the Sailor Moon side, I'm not familiar with most of the Sonic characters. Very clean look with the computer colouring, adding some shading would help make it stand out even more. There are some minor things with the character that could be improved; the hands are a little big, her right elbow tapers in just a little too much, and the angle of her upper body doesn't really suit the angle of her legs, making it look like they're completely bent back. The torso is nicely done, though, and the colours certainly are sharp. Nice work.
