Alright. Although, I personally avoided red initially because of how overdone it is, after looking at the votes and putting in a background... it really does just... click.
So here it is: Eu my demon chick in the first drawing where clothing has been drawn and designed for her. Naturally, this will probably change over time, but in the end I will still keep this same general Roman theme.

The colors really work excellently together. And there's a good reason red is the 'obvious' color - and that's because it so often works. I like how the linework on the dress is tinted differently. I think thta's part of the reason it looks so great.
For critique, the arm looks slightly stubby and slightly thick, though if the picture were full-body it might work better.
You should draw Eu again. ;)
Love the flow of her hair and the shading in particular. Interesting pose and I like the costume design. Nice job on the outlines, too, the really thick lines stand out nicely. The broken horn looks a little odd, as if something's sitting on top of it rather than it being a part of the horn, but I don't know what to suggest to improve it. Nice work regardless. Love the look in that one eye.

Colour coordination here is loved and she looks cute ^^ I especially love the shades on the clothing, and definitely love the background.
