Requested by someone who had seen my Eevee Pokehalf and asked for a Raichu girl. To the way I have the possible fic designed in my mind, pokehalves can't evolve due to the human blood, but since this was a request, anything's possible.

So cute! I love it ^.^ Her eyes are expressive and I love her clothes and markings. Nice coloring as well.
