Wow. Simplistic, yet powerful. I love the sort of cracked up feeling that's given here. I also like how the blood is coming out of the mouth, like, internal bleeding. That really helps give to the emotion of this. Some advice I would give is not have the blue be part of the "cracking" in the eye, but rather, have it be welling over the bottom eyelid. Simply beautiful.
