Diplomat by @PyrokeneticWeasel (William Duke)

A diplomat from some random, furrier country, and her rather bizzare escort. For some reason the townspeople are frantically trying to get to her. I don't know, maybe she's hording Twinkies (TM).

I have to say that I love your descriptions. It's always nice to go into an image view page with a smile. The costume design is very interesting here, too. I can tell you put a lot of effort into it, and the shading, particularly on the cloth behind her, is very well done. I'm finding parts of the picture a little difficult to make out, but I see that less an artistic issue as a scanning one. Do you scan your pictures at a high resolution and resize them to post them online? If not, I recommend it. You're so skilled and you put so much work into your art that it needs to be seen clearly to be appreciated more. Anyway, lovely work once again.

Thank you for the complements. As for the scanner... well, I do as you said to. I scan my pictures in a rather high resolution, yet when they are resized a few still get blurry in places. I guess I need to scan at an even higher resolution, but my scanner doesn't have a higher setting. Oh well, as long as they get scanned I'm fine. It's when my scanner sets my pictures aflame that problems arise.
